do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not. If however, you have an international freight forwarder based in Australia that you would like us to deliver to, we would be happy to oblige for a small fee. Alternatively, you can have your forwarder collect from our Sunshine West warehouse. All paperwork must be completed by the retailer prior to collection/dispatch and invoice paid in full. ColCam does not take any responsibility for goods once they have left our warehouse.
how do i BECOME A STOCKIST?
We are always on the lookout for new retailers to join our tribe. If you are interested in becoming a new stockist and meet the below requirements, you will need to register with Fieldfolio in order to access our wholesale pricing.

- Retail Outlets with a physical bricks and mortar shop
- Online Stores (proof of socials and online webshop is required)

Please note: ColCam does not authorise any re-sell of our products on websites such as eBay, Etsy, Amazon, Catch of The Day, MyDeal, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree or the likes. ColCam does not supply Hairdressers, Beauty Parlours, Massage Therapists, Spa Centres or the likes. ColCam does not sell to Marketstall Holders. Thank you for your understanding.
WHAT IS FIELDFOLIO?
Fieldfolio is a third-party, online B2B platform that connects retailers to multiple wholesalers. Catalogues are available online for you to view and purchase from various B2B wholesale companies in one convenient location.
what are your minimum order values?
For all new customers, our minimum opening order is $500+gst (excluding freight).
All re-orders are $300+gst. (excluding freight). Reorders placed below the minimum will be accepted and charged a $25 processing fee.
do you OFFER drop-ship ?
YES! ColCam now has a dedicated catalogue to Drop Ship friendly products - you can access the catalogue HERE.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DROP SHIPPING:
- Only the Items shown in the Drop Shipping Catalogue are eligible for this service.
- It is the responsibility of the retailer to check the catalogue to ensure any Drop Ship items being sold on their website are still active and available.
- All Drop Ship orders must be paid for upfront and in full. To do this, please enter your credit card details in the NOTES section of the order.
- A flat rate delivery fee* of $13 is applicable per small standard box and we will contact you if the cost to ship is significantly higher.
- Once you have placed and paid for your order, simply email us your Stores' Invoice so that we can pack your paperwork inside the product being dispatched.
- We will be using our trusted Australia Post / Sendle / StarTrack network. Please note you, as the retailer, will be responsible for all freight charges incurred.
- ColCam transfers all responsibility of the parcel to the retailer once goods have left our warehouse. Any credits or damages caused in transit will be at the sole responsibility of the retailer.
do you offer trading terms?
- ColCam offers the following 4 account options:
- Buy Now Pay Later (manage eligible* purchases across 4 payment installments)
- Post Paid - Strict 30 days
- Post Paid - Strict 14 days
- Prepaid - Proforma (please note all new customers are automatically placed on a proforma account)
Buy now pay later accounts
Shop with confidence knowing you can manage your payments and get your order without delay. By selecting Buy Now Pay Later, you can split your wholesale purchases into 4 installments over 4 weeks. If would like to take advantage of this payment option, please contact us to update your account status and when placing your order online, please follow the steps below:
- Select Buy Now Pay Later from our standard catalogue and add item to cart
- Order other products as per normal
- In the Order Notes Section you must include your Credit Card details for us to process your payments
- Submit Order
ColCam will process your order without delay and charge your first instalment at the time of shipping. The remaining 3 instalments will be charged weekly.
Important T&Cs for Buy Now Pay Later invoices:
- Eligible Order Value $400-3000 ex gst.
- Available to approved ColCam Customers whom have a sales history of at least 6 orders on their account within 24 months.
- A transaction fee of $2.50 is applicable per instalment.
- Any Missed or late payment will incur a penalty fee of $10.
- This is not available to Bank Trafers - Credit Cards only. We accept Amex, Visa and Mastercard.
- This payment option is not available to international customers.
POST PAID Account
- A Post-Paid trading account will only be offered to those whom place regular orders or meet the minimum spend of $20,000 a year.
- Terms of STRICT POST-PAID ACCOUNTS are as follows:
- Terms are strictly from Date of Invoice - not End of Month
- For accounts outside of their Trading Terms, all special pricing will be removed from the invoice, and items will revert to their original wholesale price
- By placing an order with ColCam, you are agreeing to our T&C's you acknowledge & understand there is an ongoing Late Fee Charge of $25 applied weekly to the outstanding invoice(s) for all outstanding accounts exceeding their original terms
- If you have not traded with us in over 12 months, your account will automatically revert to a Proforma Account
- For retailers whom are in arrears on a continuous basis, their trading account will be revoked and placed back to Profoma
- ColCam reserves the right to suspend any account it deems in breech of its agreements
What are your freight fees?
Final freight charges are calculated externally by our shipping partners and these calculations are based on the volumetric weight of each carton - meaning, both the total weight of each box as well as the cubic dimension are taken into consideration. These charges are set by our logistics partners & ColCam cannot subsidise freight.
If you are in a remote area, we suggest having your goods sent to a centralised DC and then organising your own courier to deliver your goods from there for the greatest savings. We also highly recommend when purchasing larger items (lighting, furniture, planters and baskets) that you also purchase smaller pieces that can fit within them to help distribute your overall freight charge more evenly.
can i collect my order from colcam's warehouse?
Unfortunately no! As of March 2024, ColCam moved its operations into a gated community where only staff members & approved logistical partners can access the grounds. All orders must now be delivered. We apologise for any inconvenience.
do you OFFER discounts on bulk purchases?
No, we do not. Our pricing is designed to offer our customers the flexibility of being able to order as little as 1 unit per design through to 25 pieces or more of each product and still have a competative RRP. Our wholesale prices are fair and both reflect the high quality of our goods and also ensures our artisans are paid a fair wage.
do you offer exclusivity?
This is a tricky one to answer. Essentially the answer is no, we do not offer exclusivity as we have over 6000 products across various categories. We understand that retailers do not want to showcase the same item as another retailer down the road, so we endeavour to offer individual ranges. If you stock our Rope Animals and Ducks, then another retailer can range our Shopper Baskets and Planters, whilst another can have our Brassware and Cushions. Please note, whilst we cannot control what other retailers chose to purchase from our catalogue, we do try to mitigate any cross over when possible.
do you hold stock?
No, ColCam does not hold stock as as we mostly we process & fulfill orders on a date received basis (ie: stock allocation for orders placed in January will be prioritised over orders placed in April).
If however you are in a remote part of Australia or an international customer, and require your freight to be sent in one delivery, we strongly recommend paying upfront for your order. Once it is all available, we will contact you with a freight invoice.
Please note - by doing this you agree to potentially wait 6-10 months for a complete delivery of goods as we fulfill your order throughout the year across multiple container arrivals. For any cancelled items either a restocking fee of 20% is applicable or any deposits paid are forfeited (whichever is greater). Remaining funds will sit as a Credit on your account. Funds are not refundable.
Why do I have to pay a deposit on my order?
- ColCam manufactures to order. This means we require a deposit to begin production on some of our ranges with an ETA of 120-180 days fulfillment (excluding Ducks, Rope Animals & Shopper Bags which require a longer lead-time).
- ColCam manufactures DUCKS to order and requires a 50% upfront deposit. Orders without a deposit will not be processed and cancelled from our system.
- Item availability in our online catalogues is indicative only & subject to change.
- Final freight charges are calculated by our shipping partners at time of dispatch. Initial freight quotes provided are educated estimates only & are subject to change.
- Please note: After 6 months, ColCam will fulfill any order you have in it's system to the value of your deposit (including GST and Freight) if multiple attempts to reach you have been unsuccessful.
- If you choose to cancel your order, any deposits paid will be forfeited as deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancelled items attract a 20% restocking fee
Do you offer edi/csv/ftp/barcodes or image dropbox resources?
Unfortunately, these are not services or resources ColCam offers. We strongly urge our retailers to download all applicable images at the time of placing their order directly from Fieldfolio. When placing your order online via Fieldfolio, once your order has been submitted, the platform itself will automatically email you multiple outputs of your order, in CVS, MYOB, and XERO friendly options, allowing you to download and integrate your order into your own retail platform.
why did i only received Part of my order?
With over 6000 active SKU's, it is impossible to have every single item in stock at the same time. As such, we strongly encourage all of our customers to take part-orders to ensure they do not miss out on products we currently have available. We endeavour to have regular containers arriving to our shores, but can only hold so much stock at any given time in our warehouse.
how long will it take to receive my backorder?
Here at ColCam, our ethos is good quality, small batch, sustainable and hand made production. As we do not mass produce in factories, we must be patient with our artisans as they hand carve, hand paint, hand stitch or hand cast each and every single item we sell. That in turn translates to a slower process in terms of production time. More so, we source our products from across the globe, and some shipping containers can take up to 45 days to make it to our shores. From there we must wait for clearance from Border Security and Quarantine. It is a timely process and we understand the wait can be painful, but we strongly believe our products are worth the wait and trust you will too.
why have i been waiting so long for my duck & rope animals order to be fulfilled?
ColCam is proud to be both Australia's original and largest supplier of wooden ducks & rope animals. We carry quality focused designs and ranges that are in incredibly high demand. Unfortunately, these are also quite labour intensive products to create - each one is hand made, hand painted and created from scratch using natural resources.
In recent years, the demand for these products has increased exponentially and our artisans work in ethical and fair conditions and can only produce so much in a given work day. As such, all ducks & rope animals are now officially manufactured to order and fullfilment on these orders can vary from 4-7 months. Pre-Ordering your stock is essential as we no longer hold surplus stock.
All Duck orders now require a 50% upfront deposit.
We understand this can be disheartening to hear, but we also pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship we deliver in our duck designs and rope animals. We have seen competitors try to enter the market, and can confidently say they are not of the high standard our artisans produce in comparison. As with all good things, sometimes there is a wait, and we truly believe our designs - many of which are exclusively designed in house by our Melbourne team - are worth the wait.
All Duck orders must be placed and finalised by March 30th each calendar year.
Any order placed after March 30 is not guaranteed for that year - please ensure you forecast and order appropriately as replacements or top ups are not available.
why is There is a small variation in my product compared to the website?
Each ColCam item is hand made by a real person who has mastered their art and craft, therefore some natural variation will occur from piece to piece (ie: ducks will have their heads facing in different directions). We also make a conscious effort to use natural and sustainable materials only, and as with all things in nature, no two pieces will ever be identical. We chose to promote the individuality of each item that we have on range and appreciate that each is unique and perfectly imperfect to the next.

I want to cancel my order. Do i get my money back?
ColCam manufactures to order - meaning, we place an order for production based on your order. Unfortunately, if you cancel your order, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your deposit and a credit of the remaining balance of your deposit or payment will be applied to your account for use on your next purchase with us. ColCam strongly recommends using your credit note within 3 months.
Please note ColCam offers Credit Notes only - funds cannot be refunded. and credit notes cannot be redeemed for cash.
Anything else I need to know?
ColCam Enterprises endeavours to keep its costs as low as possible all year round. Occassionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, external suppliers may increase their costs. Where possible, ColCam will absorb those increases, but on occassion, some items may increase by up to 2% annually. ColCam reserves the right to increase prices without notice.
